About us

Methodology
MMI’s philosophical approach to providing research and organizational development services is based on collaborative action. Our approach insures that project solutions reflect stakeholder input and are based on the organization’s needs. Also, the methodology provides the client with a vested interest in the successful implementation of the project’s final findings, plans, and recommendations.

Our methodology emphasizes an understanding of each client’s assets and needs. We guide our clients to self-identify their current reality and their ideal future, their vision. We partner with our clients to understand where their vision differs from reality and why. In collaboration, we design a path that will take the client organization from its present state to its visionary future state.
